The coral reefs of Moheli are not yet known very well by divers. Although they may be considered to be one of the most beautiful diving destinations in the Indian Ocean.
Scientists have confirmed that Moheli has one of the richest and most remarkable varieties of corals and tropical fish in the Mozambique channel. Different excellent diving spots have been identified such as the Mchaco Island which is classified by experts as one of the greatest diving spots in the world.
We are developing our cooperation with professional diving organisations and will offer also the possibility to rent professional equipment and receive secure diving support in the future. Until then you are invited to explore the richness of the marine life with your snorkel in the vicinity of the small islands facing Moheli Laka Lodge.
